Waiting for the opera. Exhibition about Opera in Verona

A very special exhibition, an opportunity not to be missed to be conquered by the most beautiful works staged in the Roman Amphitheatre, from the beginning in 1913 to the present day, through sketches, memories, costumes, figurines, vintage photos, audio and video recordings arranged in five macro areas, representing the titles on the bill this year: “Aida”, “Tosca”;, “Il Trovatore”, “La Traviata” and “Carmen”.

Over 140 operas from Maria Callas, Placido Domingo, Franco Zeffirelli, who died a few days before the start of the current opera season and great set designers and costume designers of international renown, including Pino Casarini and Gabriella Pescucci.
A must for opera lovers and not.
