The “broccoletto di Custoza”, the “radicchio rosso” and the verza moretta di Veronella, together with typical Veronese wines, will be the protagonists of the kitchens during next weeks.
From January the 26th to February the 10th of 2020, these winter typical products of Verona tradition will be interpreted in tasty recipes by the chefs of the various restaurants participating in the initiative.
From red radicchio pie on fondue from Monte Veronese to broccoletto ravioli with butter and sage from Custoza, to cotechino with boiled eggs and fried broccoletto from Custoza: a special occasion for gourmets and for all those who wish to explore the typical cuisine of Verona in wintertime.
